Alison is a fully qualified Hypnotherapist specialising in fertility and birth. She also has qualifications in reflexology (both advanced and neuro-reflexology), aromatherapy, reiki and various other holistic treatments.

She first became interested in Holistic Therapies whilst living in Bahrain in the Middle East. With the absence of GP’s for a period of almost 10 years there was a need to find alternative treatments. She was introduced by friends to reflexology, aromatherapy and homeopathy. She also trained as a Montessori teacher and found it fascinating to discover how birth influences a child’s personality.

Her travels have encouraged her love of art and colour and in her spare time she thoroughly enjoys painting and yoga.

When she returned to the UK, from the Middle East, she decided to gain deeper knowledge and qualifications in holistic therapies. She has found some of the advanced techniques she learned very useful for a range of concerns; in particular for increasing fertility and for helping mothers to have a better birthing experience.

Hypnotherapy was a natural progression for her, as it allows us to heal past issues and introduce positive wanted behaviours.

The Hypnofertility and HypnoBirthing programmes that she offers allow her to express her passion for helping others to regain a positive mindset and to fulfil self-potential.
